Schedule and Accommodations

May 13th- May 20th, 2025

Day 1:

• Arrive in Rotan, Honduras (Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport,) around noon and get through customs (appox. 1 hour).

• Taxi to Coxen Hole, catch Utila Tours & Charter’s boat ride to Utila (1 hour).

• Greeted at Utila Ferry Dock and taken to Bay Island Villa for check-in.

• Spend the remainder of the day exploring the English-speaking town.

• Enjoy spectacular food and dining experiences.

• Get to know the other wonderful ladies in the group.

Day 2-7:

• The next six days will give you a mix of:

• (6) six, guided days from skiffs and wade fishing

• Breakfast, lunch, and drinks will be provided

• Shuttle to boat dock at 6:30 a.m. and back to the Villa around 4 p.m. You’ll be accompanied with one other angler along with a cooler containing drinks and lunch.

• Return to Villa and catch up with the other ladies, sharing fish stories.

• Take time for a refreshing shower and/or time by the pool

• Head out as a group to enjoy dinner at one of the local restaurants.

Day 8:

• Enjoy one last breakfast at the Villa on your final morning.

• Drop off at the Ferry Dock at 9:45. The ferry departs at 10:20 a.m. and arrives at Roatan at 11:30 a.m. Taxi ride to Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport.

• Proceed to your destination.

Food and Beverages: All breakfast and lunches and non-alcoholic drinks. Dinner and alcohol drinks not included – you will be exploring the island’s local establishments for dinner.

Target Fish: Bonefish, Permit, Juvenile Tarpon, and Triggerfish

• 6 full days of fishing – wade and skiff

• 7 nights, double occupancy lodging

Does not include: 

• Roundtrip flights to Roatan

• Wet wading gear

• Fly fishing gear, equipment, and flies for use during the trip

• Meals prior to arriving in Utila and dinner while staying at Villa (dinners will be at local establishments each night and the responsibility of the client).

• Gratuities for guides & Villa staff

Cancellation / refund policy: 50% of trip cost due at time of booking, last 50% of trip cost due 60 days prior to the trip date. Should you cancel your trip, a refund will be made only if your space can be filled, minus a 10% service charge. We make no refunds nor assume any additional expenses if weather or any reason beyond our control renders you unable to complete a trip or any other part of an itinerary. We reserve the right to cancel a trip because of low enrollment or other circumstances and will refund all funds paid to us in such a case.
