Schedule and Accommodations

March 26th - April 2nd, 2024

Day 1:

• Fly from Belize City to the quaint, friendly town of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye.

• Check-in and stay at Ambergris Sunset Hotel.

• Spend the remainder of the day exploring the English-speaking town.

• Enjoy spectacular food and dining experiences.

• Get to know the other wonderful ladies in the group.

Day 2:

• Grab breakfast and check out of the hotel.

• Get collected by our camp host for a 30-minute boat ride to Cayo Frances Farm & Fly.

• Upon arrival, participate in an orientation session.

• Unpack your belongings in your room.

• Set up your fly-fishing gear.

• If time permits, embark on a half-day, DIY trip before dinner.

• Enjoy a flavorful meal prepared by Chef Mario upon returning to the camp.

• Discuss the plan for the remainder of the week.

• End the day star gazing by the fire pit.

Day 3-7:

• Each day will start with breakfast before everyone begins their day.

• The next five days will give you a mix of:

  • (3) three, guided days from skiffs and

    For guided days your skilled guides will show up at the camp around at 7 a.m. and have you back to the camp around 3 p.m. You’ll be accompanied with one other angler along with a cooler containing drinks and lunch.

  • (2) two, DIY days from paddle boards/walking the flats.

    For DIY, the camp has a fleet of Bote paddle boards, LIVE boards and East Cape Skanus for your use. They have a map of established locations near the camp that they will shuttle you to and/or from the flats. All guests are sent with coolers so you can spend the entire day on the water if you desire.

• Return to camp and catch up with the other ladies, sharing fish stories.

• Take time for a refreshing shower.

• Enjoy happy hour.

• Have dinner served around 6 p.m. on the deck under the palapa in the bar area.

• Participate in a nightly campfire for cocktails and conversation.

• The bar remains open as late as needed.

Day 8:

• Enjoy one last breakfast at the camp on your final morning.

• Depart with a boat ride back to San Pedro.

• Take a flight from San Pedro to Belize City.

• Proceed to your final destination.

Technology: Limited WiFi on site. If connected can utilize U.S. based apps such as Skype, WhatsApp, etc. Emergency phone on site at all times. International phone plans and SIM cards may be purchased prior to your travel.

Length of stay: 

• 5 full days of fishing: 3 days guided and 2 days DIY

• 7 nights double occupancy lodging

• Gratuities for guides & lodge staff

Cancellation / refund policy: 50% of trip cost due at time of booking, last 50% of trip cost due 60 days prior to the trip date. Should you cancel your trip, a refund will be made only if your space can be filled, minus a 10% service charge. We make no refunds nor assume any additional expenses if weather or any reason beyond our control renders you unable to complete a trip or any other part of an itinerary. We reserve the right to cancel a trip because of low enrollment or other circumstances and will refund all funds paid to us in such a case.
